Accreditation

  • All public charter schools must be accredited---meaning an outside organization confirms the school is high quality.  

  • As part of being accredited, staff, students and the board go through a reflection process to identify what we are doing well and how we can improve.  

  • In April and May 2024, students will take a survey as part of our re-accreditation process.  

  • Students will answer questions to give input about what Briya is doing well and how Briya can improve. 

  • Briya staff appreciates the input of students to make the school better.

Briya MA and CDA Programs

Is your Reading CASAS score between 226 and 243? 

Do you want a career in the early education or medical field?

Join Briya’s MA Program or CDA Program next school year!

 

Medical Assistant (MA) Program is in English.

• Students prepare to work in a clinic or hospital.

• Must have CASAS reading score of 243

• Must have CASAS math score of 222.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED (US or from your country)

 

Child Development Associate (CDA) Program is in English and Spanish.

• Students learn to become an early childhood teacher.

• In English class, must have CASAS reading score of 226.

• In Spanish class, must pass a Spanish reading test

Health insurance assistance at Briya

Mary's Center will provide health insurance application assistance this Wednesday at Fort Totten and Thursday at Ontario. Sign up for an appointment in the office.

Voter Registration at Georgia this Tuesday

Trabajadores Unidos will have information about non-citizen voter registration this Tuesday at10am at Georgia.

Parent Coffee Hour
